The StrataGem 10 Portfolio is a concentrated equity strategy that focuses on the top-ranked stocks according to Markman's proprietary stock selection approach. The stocks in the portfolio
are not limited to a particular size or region, and the systematic method looks for stocks that meet a host of investment criteria (the model analyzes recent and expected earnings growth;
likelihood to surprise analysts with earnings upside; recent and estimated future valuation; recent buying by corporate insiders; price strength; and likelihood to experience low levels of
volatility). The portfolio generally maintains a bias for being invested in the stock market and seeks to produce outperformance over the entire market cycle. This strategy is highly
concentrated, holding approximately 10 individual equity positions at any given time. The portfolio is appropriate for investors with a high risk tolerance and a long-term time horizon
who want exposure to the equity markets. The portfolio follows a disciplined monthly rebalancing approach, like all of the portfolios that utilize the StrataGem model. This portfolio
was introduced to investors on December 31, 2010.
