The StrataGem 10 Rotational Portfolio is an equity strategy that combines the StrataGem stock selection model with a multi-factor technical analysis timing system that allows the portfolio
to shift in and out of equities. The rotational approach, which was developed based on extensive historical testing, will rotate out of stocks when a negative trend persists and the market
breaks down technically. It will return to stocks when a confirmed uptrend has developed. When invested, the portfolio will hold a highly focused basket of 10 stocks that meet a host of
investment criteria (the model analyzes recent and expected earnings growth; likelihood to surprise analysts with earnings upside; recent and estimated future valuation; recent buying by
corporate insiders; price strength; and likelihood to experience low levels of volatility). The portfolio is appropriate for investors with a high tolerance and a long term time horizon,
but who seek protection from market downturns. The portfolio follows a disciplined monthly rebalancing approach, like all of the portfolios that utilize the StrataGem model. This portfolio
was introduced to investors on December 31, 2010.
